We have various skill sets of manpower to take care of the patient depending on the criticality and need of the patient:

Ward Boy / Attendant – These are entry level support staff for patients. All our resources are having prior experience of handling similar roles in nursing homes / hospitals / homecare companies.

CareGiver – All are caregivers are skilled and trained in handling patients who need a slight more care in terms of administering medication, IVs, etc. We ensure that all our caregivers are NSDC Caregiving / Nursing Attendant course qualified which entails a one year course including practical training in a hospital.

Nurse – We have qualified ANM and GNM nurses on our panel which are available for patient care if the condition of the patient is critical and has been advised to stay under a qualified nurse’s supervision.

Each of our staff are qualified and trained to do their respective roles and we also get their proper background and educational qualification verified by a 3rd party background verification agency before we get them onboarded.

We have partnered with one of the best NABL accredited lab for bringing diagnostic tests at your doorstep.
